What we do

Our Mission

Our mission is to help improve youth mental health by mitigating the school psychologist shortage. We aim to accomplish this by assisting passionate, highly trained school psychologists to find their niche in schools through flexible, well-compensated employment while maintaining a work-life balance.

School Psychologist Contracting

We work with districts to assess their needs and then provide a highly trained psychologist to support them as long as needed. Our school psychologists are state certified and provide the full range of school psychology services, from cognitive and behavioral assessments to group and individual counseling, systems-level support, and everything in between. Most of the districts we work with like working with our psychologists so much that they ask us to continue working with them year after year. We have supported districts across New England over the last decade.

In-School Clinical & Cognitive Assessments

We provide in-school clinical assessment and diagnosis services ranging from ADHD, ODD, Anxiety, Depression, and more. We also support teachers and schools by creating functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and providing comprehensive recommendations and support solutions. We will observe the student in their school environment and collaborate with faculty to evaluate and present our findings and recommendations directly to the multidisciplinary team.

Enhance School Mental Health and Support Services Now

As a district leader, you know how crucial timely assessment and mental health services are!
