Our mission is to help improve youth mental health by mitigating the school psychologist shortage. We aim to accomplish this by assisting passionate, highly trained school psychologists to find their niche in schools through flexible, well-compensated employment while maintaining a work-life balance.
Flexibility
Our contracted school psychologists set their own schedules. Let us know when you want to work and how many days a week, and we will find a school that needs your support.
Compensation
Our school psychologists are very well compensated. Our compensation plan is substantially greater than public school and other agencies.
